Since April of 2017, Bryan has managed the implementation, building, and rollout of CallMiner to the call center at Benevis, a dental services organization focused on providing dental care to underprivileged youths. He works with call center leadership to help improve performance, processes, and effectiveness of their agents, as well as analyzing the call data to determine better call structure, phraseology, and customer satisfaction while ensuring the highest level of compliance.
