David Hubbs has almost 30 years of experience working in Call Centers working in multiple roles such as Customer Service, Sales, Sales Support, Collections and Call Center hardware/software support.
He is currently the Dialer Manager with Orange Lake Resorts. His current responsibilities include developing and managing all facets of Work Force Optimization and Call Center Omni Channels. These include managing: Speech Analytics with CallMiner, Mass Email Communications, Call Center IVR, Outbound Dialer Campaigns and Strategies, Call Volume Forecasting and Agent Scheduling.
